By accessing or using the services provided by Legacy Digital ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") through getlegacydigital.com, you ("the Client," "you," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.
Legacy Digital provides digital marketing, AI automation, auto text-back systems, email campaign management, website chatbot integration, analytics and reporting, and related consulting services. The scope of services for each Client is defined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Any services not explicitly listed in such agreement are not included unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

All fees, payment schedules, and billing cycles are outlined in the Client's service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. A 1.5% monthly interest charge (or the maximum permitted by law) may be applied to overdue balances. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Legacy Digital and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For detailed cancellation terms, please refer to our Cancellation Policy page. One-time purchases and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
By providing your phone number to Legacy Digital, you consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at info@getlegacydigital.com. All content, designs, code, automation workflows, marketing materials, and deliverables created by Legacy Digital remain the intellectual property of Legacy Digital until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own business purposes. Legacy Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.
Legacy Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client to Legacy Digital in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue figures, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Legacy Digital does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific result. The Client assumes all risk associated with the use of our services.
Legacy Digital may utilize third-party platforms, tools, and services (e.g., advertising networks, email service providers, CRM systems) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of such third parties. The Client agrees to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms used in conjunction with our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date. Legacy Digital may terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any material term of these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that harms the Company's reputation or operations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Legacy Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
