At Legacy Digital, we partner with clients who are committed to measurable growth and long-term success.

Please note: Internal processes, strategies, and pricing models are proprietary and confidential.

Communication and Support

Phone & SMS: For urgent matters, please call (888) 482-5799. To maintain professionalism and workflow, please avoid texting individual team members.

Support Requests: All requests, revisions, and inquiries must be submitted via email:

Requests are typically addressed within 1–2 business days depending on complexity, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.

Meetings

All meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. Meetings are limited to the services covered under your agreement with Legacy Digital.

External Vendors

We are open to collaborating with external vendors who provide services outside our scope (e.g., print, media production, specialized software). Vendor management for unrelated services remains the client’s responsibility.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST)

Requests or messages received outside of business hours will be handled the next business day.

Email & Domain Management

  • Work requests should be submitted to info@getlegacydigital.com.
    • We do not provide email hosting or spam filtering. Clients are responsible for domain registrations, renewals, and email systems.
    • Legacy Digital may request delegated access to connect services but domain ownership remains with the client.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access, approvals, and responses (within 24–48 hours).
    • Non-responsiveness does not pause billing obligations.
    • Ongoing lack of communication may result in project delays or termination of services.

Onboarding & Information Collection

Client onboarding forms must be completed before work begins. Billing starts on the service start date in your agreement, regardless of onboarding delays.

Micro-Management Policy

To maintain efficiency, excessive oversight or micromanagement may incur a consulting fee of $350/hour. Our systems are designed for performance and long-term results.

Work Requests & Fulfillment

  • Social Media Revisions: 2–3 business days depending on scope.
    • Ad Campaign Adjustments: 2–4 business days depending on complexity.
    • Custom AI & Workflow Automations: Case-by-case basis.

    We retain creative control to maintain consistency and effectiveness. While feedback is welcome, we do not accommodate excessive revisions that disrupt workflow or weaken brand strategy.

Scope of Services

Legacy Digital provides:

• Google Ads Management
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing Campaigns
• Website Design & Optimization

Requests outside of your contracted services require a formal service upgrade.

Accountability & Timeliness

We operate proactively, releasing campaigns and assets in phases for continual optimization. Results are built strategically over time—not rushed.

After-Hours Communication

Urgent requests after business hours should be sent to info@getlegacydigital.com. Critical issues will be prioritized.

File Management

  • All files (images, videos, logos, etc.) must be clearly labeled and stored in an organized Google Drive folder.
    • Example: brandlogo_white.png, productphoto_before.jpg
    • We do not rename, reorganize, or sort client files. Disorganized files may delay production.

Collaboration Policy

  • Depending on project scope, clients may be asked to collaborate within ClickUp or our internal project management system.
    • This ensures transparency, efficient file sharing, and proper task tracking.

External Factors & Limitations

  • Third-party listing errors, platform policy changes, or external system issues are beyond our control. We will assist in mitigation where possible.
    • Legacy Digital is not responsible for unsolicited spam messages, bot submissions, or fraudulent leads generated through digital channels. Clients are responsible for implementing spam-prevention tools.

Done-For-You Services

Legacy Digital provides complete marketing execution. Training or tutorials are not included unless specifically contracted.
